We have a rich tradition in Athletics and we have been successful at Munster levels.
Athletics competitions are broken down in to Cross Country and Track & Field. Both of these have Minor, Junior, Intermediate and Senior categories.
County Cross country events usually take place locally in Thurles Crokes, followed by the East Munster competition in WIT.
County Track & Field usually occurs in Templemore and Nenagh. There is an All-Ireland competition in Santry each year.
