The senior In-house Tuesday Basketball League was won by Beatrice Yamba, Caitlin Shelly, Kate Cavanagh and Aisling O’Sullivan.
Congratulations too to Kate Cavanagh who won the Senior Shoot-Out competition.
General info:
- Training for all teams takes place after school most evenings.
- Our school has won 12 All Ireland A Basketball titles in the last few years. Many of our students have represented Ireland on National Squads and Regional Squads. In 2007, our Cadette U-16’s represented Ireland in the World High School games in Pau.
- Our under 19 A team were All Ireland League Finalists in 2009. Katie Shanahan and Emma Carey were also selected for the Irish Under 18 team in 2009.
- Past pupils Grainne and Niamh Dwyer are Irish Internationals.
