Climate Action Week
Congratulations to the winners of our Climate Action Week poster competition. There were some excellent entries, all of which are on display in our assembly hall. The fantastic artwork highlighted how to be more environmentally conscious. Our winners were Kelly Ferncombe (1st Year), Oliwia Witkowska (2nd Year), Sofia Zaharova (1st Year) and Maria Victoria Di-Girolamo Kajaruk (2nd Year). Well done to all involved and to the Green Schools Team with their mentor, Ms Susan King.
Halloween Fancy Dress
On the day of the Midterm holidays, we held ‘Dress-up Friday’ for students and staff alike. Everybody in the school community was encouraged to come to school in fancy dress – either in their favourite Halloween costume or as their favourite historical character. A Historical Fancy Dress competition was held by the 1st Year History teachers. Congratulations to our 1st Year winners on the day and well done to everyone who made a huge effort to dress up.
