Last week, our LCA students embarked on a trip to Co. Kilkenny. First on the itinerary was a bonding trip over a high ropes course in Castlecomer Discovery Park, which the girls thoroughly enjoyed and fully embraced. Following this, the girls’ trip took a cultural route, which brought them to Kilkenny Castle and Black Abbey in the city for their Hotel Catering & Tourism module. It was a very rewarding trip for the girls, who participated brilliantly. A huge ‘Thank You’ to Ms Frida Dunne and Ms Cait Devane for travelling with the girls.
