School Thurles
All students are encouraged to partake in sporting activities after a hard day at the desk. Students and parents are frequently reminded of the importance of sport in a teenager’s life. It provides an ideal opportunity for social interaction; it promotes physical and mental health and its fun! The following sports are available to students after school hours, 4-5p.m. (Matches are generally held during school time but many also take place after 4p.m. on week days and at any time on weekends).
